Like all original Bozeman Watch Company designs the Schofield is an elegant and oversized 44.5 mm model with a design style from the mid-20th century when less was considered more. This first design of the Gunslingers Series has a softly curving dial that is ever so slightly noticeable and the raised, individually-placed hour markers and Roman numerals are accents reminiscent of mechanical Swiss and American designs that disappeared over 50 years ago. The very limited production includes only 12 pieces in a fine silver dial and 7 in black. The Schofield houses a beautiful Val Granges caliber which celebrates the Grenchen Valley, Switzerland’s movement production center. The Val Granges is the first oversized automatic movement of its kind and has unique fast winding technology so just a few motions of the wrist and the power reserve is on its way.
